Rare German Eiswein's and Beerenauslese's
EISWEIN....A sweet German Wine made from grapes that have frozen on the vine. The most famous (and expensive) and best tasting Ice Wines are from Germany.
Eiswein grapes are left on the vine long after traditional harvest season has ended. Once frozen they are picked before dawn and must be pressed before thawing.
